Dear Kindergarten Families,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some exciting news regarding our kindergarten program. To help ensure that each child receives the best possible learning experience, we are adding another kindergarten teacher to our team. This will allow us to reduce class sizes and provide more individualized attention to students.
Today and Tomorrow, our kindergarten team will be reviewing beginning-of-year data. This process will help us strategically and equitably create new class lists that balance students’ needs and strengths across all classrooms. Our goal is to set every child up for success in a supportive and well-structured learning environment.
We know that class adjustments can feel like a big change, but please know that we are committed to making this transition as smooth and positive as possible. Families will be notified of their child’s updated class placement once the process is complete by Thursday. Students who are placed in the new class will start on Friday, September 5th.
