Our 5th grade participated in a service learning project in which they donated “turkey boxes” to the Salt Lake Road Home. Their goal was to donate 25 turkey boxes. Instead they were able to make 52 “turkey boxes” , plus and additional 20 bags of food. We want to thank our wonderful students and their parents for their generous donations. Also a huge thank you to teachers David Everett, Ana Alamo, and Britney Hillier for organizing this service learning opportunity for their students.
