Students cannot attend school without current immunizations. All incoming 6th & 7th grade students and all 8th graders new to Kearns Junior must provide proof of immunization before attending school.

Kearns Jr. will be hosting an Immunization Clinic for KJH students only on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 10:00 – 2:00 PM. We ask that only the student and one adult be present. Please bring your immunization records with you. Community Nursing Services is a contracted provider and able to directly bill the following insurances – Aetna, Altius, Ameriben, Blue Cross, Blue Cross, Direct Care Administrators, DMBA, Educators Mutual, GEHA, Meritain, PEHP, SelectHealth, UMR, United Health Care, University of Utah, CHIP and Medicaid for children. Policy holder is responsible to determine if immunizations are covered under their specific insurance plan. Policy number must be presented at time of service.

For children who are uninsured, there will not be a fee. All parents need to bring picture identification.
