Families, if you choose a virtual SEP conference for September 29 or 30, it will be conducted on Zoom, not Google Meets. Please read ahead or watch the following video(s) to learn more about how to join your child’s Zoom conference.
How to Join an SEP Zoom Conference
Tablets or Cell Phone
- Download the Zoom app on your phone or tablet (it is free)
- Scan the QR Code on the letter your teachers sent home or click on the link sent on your Class Dojo or Google Classroom.
- If it asks you, type in the password “bobcats”
- You may have to wait in a Waiting Room for your teacher to start the meeting.
Laptop
- Click on your Zoom meeting link. It might be on your student’s teacher’s Class Dojo, Google Classroom, Canvas, or located in an email sent to you from PickATime.
