2023-2024 ONLINE Registration Information
We will be participating in online registration this year. The forms will be available online on Tuesday, August 1st. You will need your student’s Student ID (their 9-number) in order to complete the online registration process. If you need assistance with your Student ID, you may call the school beginning July 31st, 385-646-4936. If you need assistance with the Portal or set up of the Portal, please visit Parent Portal Resources or call 385-646-2500.
Once you have an account set up and have all of your students linked together, you’re done setting up your Portal. Beginning August 1st, you can register your students online. Click on the REGISTRATION tile in your Portal account.
All students need to complete the registration forms each year. Once you complete the online registration forms (beginning August 1st), you will receive an electronic notification of who your teacher is. Any students who are new to the school, will need to come to the office to fill out the registration forms and bring a birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of address.

Required Registration Items:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residence
- Registration Form (PDF)
- Immunization Form
Please bring these to our office staff. If you already turned in any of the above items, you will not need to submit them again.
Remember:
- All incoming kindergarten students need to participate in the KEEP Entry testing. These 25-minute assessments will take place on August 11th, 14th, & 15th. - Kindergarten classes begin on August 21.
