Make-up Picture Day will be Wednesday, April 7th from 10:30-1:00. You can prepay for your pictures online at www.bellphoto.com and click on the prepay online box. The password is 20stansbury. Then follow the prompts to complete your order. Print the receipt and have your child bring it with them to picture day. A separate order must be placed for each child.

Monday, March 22^nd & Tuesday, March 23^rd: Regular school days.

Wednesday, March 24^th: Distance Learning Day for all students. No face-to-face classes.

Thursday, March 25^th & Friday, March 26^th: End of 3^rd Quarter. No school for students.

Monday, March 29^th-Friday, April 2^nd: Spring Recess. No school. We wish you all a safe Spring Recess!

On Thursday, March 25^th, we will have a drive-up food distribution for those families that would like food kits for Spring Recess. This will be offered outside the front doors from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. (or as supplies last).

Granite School District Patrons, On Sunday, March 14, at 2 a.m., we’ll all set our clocks ahead one hour for Daylight Savings Time, the annual springtime ritual that gives us an extra hour of sunlight in the evening. However, this means that travel time to school has the potential to be darker than our usual morning commute. With that being said, we want to remind everyone to use extra precautions when heading to school.

Students and families walking to school:

• Use sidewalks and continue to use safe walking routes
• Use crosswalks

Drivers

• Be alert
• Slow down around school zones

We are going to start our after-school choir!

Here is the Google Form to fill out to apply or students can get a paper copy in the office.
Application Form

All practices will be once a week from 3:45-4:45 virtually.

Lower grades will meet on Tuesdays and upper grades will meet on Wednesdays. We will meet one time in-person on a Friday to make a video of the kids performing the songs. We will use physical distancing and masks and follow safety precautions.

Students who are unable to or uncomfortable coming to the school in-person for the “performance” may still participate in the choir and will have the opportunity to participate in the “virtual performance.”

Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Mondragon will be directing the choir. We will use Class Dojo to communicate with parents. Please sign up for Class Dojo as soon as you get the invitation and check it for announcements.

Students who participate in choir are expected to attend practices, participate, and have good behavior. Students who choose not to follow those expectations will not continue to be in choir.

Deadline for applications extended to March 3rd. Applications may be filled out as a Google form, or a paper form can be picked up and returned to the office. Space is limited. Applications will be considered on a first come basis.
