Checking Out of School & Passes
Excuse Full Day Absences
This form is for full day absences only. If you need to check your student out of school and did not send them with a prior permission slip, you must come inside the school and show ID in the main office. If this is an emergency, please call and we will try to have your student ready in the office for you upon your arrival – you must still come inside and show ID to leave school grounds with them.
