Checking Out of School & Passes
Excuse Absences
This form is for full or partial day absences. If excusing your student for a partial day, please include the times you would like them excused for. If you need to check your student out of school and did not send them with a prior permission slip, you must come inside the school and show ID in the main office. If this is an emergency, please call and we will try to have your student ready in the office for you upon your arrival – you must still come inside and show ID to leave school grounds with them.
