Registration at Whittier STEAM Elementary is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. If you live in the boundary of the school OR have been accepted on a special open enrollment permit, you may now register. Kindergarten students may also start registering for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please fill out the form below to start your registration process. You will be contacted by our office staff within a few days to bring in the following documents to complete your registration: (If you fill this out in June, you will not be contacted until late July or early August.)
- A current utility bill (within the last 2 months) establishing your proof of residence. *
- Birth certificate accompanied with parent/guardian ID
- Immunization records
- Parent/Guardian Identification
If you don’t have one of the above mentioned items, please still fill out the registration card below, and bring the documents you do have as soon as possible. Your student’s registration will not be complete until we receive them.
*If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the Affirmation of Residence form with a notary. Stop by the school to pick up this form.
