Welcome! We are excited to have you in Granite School District and look forward to a fantastic school year for your child. The following will help you understand the registration process.
2023-2024 REGISTRATION DATE/AND TIME: July 26 & July 27, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to enroll for Kindergarten. (Utah Code 53G-4-401)
Step 1
You will need to make an appointment with the office by calling 385-646-5102.
Step 2
- You must bring with you the following:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Parent/Guardian photo ID
- Proof of address (rental agreement or mortgage statement
- Child’s immunization record or exemption form
- Immunizations must be up to date
- 5 – DPT
- 4 – Polio
- 2 – MMR
- 3 – Hep B
- 2 – Hep A
- 2 – Varicella

If possible, download the registration forms below, complete them, and bring them with you to your assigned appointment. (If you are unable to download these forms, you can fill them out at your appointment but allow extra time.)
