Welcome! We are excited to have you in Granite School District and look forward to a fantastic school year for your child. The following will help you understand the registration process.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to enroll for Kindergarten. (Utah Code 53G-4-401)
Step 1
You will need to make an appointment with the office by calling 385-646-5102.
Step 2
- You must bring with you the following:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Parent/Guardian photo ID
- Proof of address (rental agreement or mortgage statement
- Child’s immunization record or exemption form
- Immunizations must be up to date
- 5 – DPT
- 4 – Polio
- 2 – MMR
- 3 – Hep B
- 2 – Hep A
- 2 – Varicella
