Hello Eastwood Families –
I know, twice in one week is excessive but as things are changing almost daily, I want you to have the latest information.
Attached is a copy of the Quarantine & Isolation Guidelines from the Salt Lake County Health Department.
Below is a link for testing clinics.
One more thing – MANY people have forgotten or do not know the process for pick-up/drop off. Please be sure that anyone who picks up your child is aware of and follows the procedures.
1 – Display your visor card preferable on the passenger side window. If you need a new one, please see the attachment.
2 – Stay in your car and use the pick up/drop off lane (outside lane).
3 – DO NOT park in the center area and then come to collect your child. Parking is available on the north lot. We need everyone (kids and adults) to use the cross walk that goes around the outside of the driving lanes.
4- DO NOT park or stop next to the bus. Be sure there is enough space beyond the bus before pulling forward.
5- Move as far forward as possible. Large gaps really slow down the process.
6 – Please be on time. We start calling kids from their classrooms at 3:00 on regular days and at 1:00 on short days.
7- Be kind and patient. The system we are using is working well IF everyone follows the same procedures.
