Hello Eastwood Family,
It looks like it has been a while since I sent an email. The district changed their requirements on the COVID notices from twice a week to once a week to as needed. I forgot to let you in on the new plan, sorry. We have had one positive COVID case in the last two weeks.
In anticipation of the overnight snow storm, teachers in 1st – 5th Grades will be sending either student Chromebooks or paper/pencil activities home with your kiddos tonight. Kindergarten will send information via See Saw as needed. We may not need to use this plan, but just in case. 4th & 5th grades have a field trip planned to Hale Center Theater in the morning. At this point we will plan on them going unless a distance learning day is determined by the district.
Calendar Reminder!
Friday, March 11 (this Friday) is a student non attendance day to allow for teachers to have additional planning. Thursday, March 10 is a regular dismissal day (11:40 for Kindergarten and 3:20 for 1st – 5th).
