Student Educator Parent (SEP) Conferences
- Fall Student Educator Parent (SEP) Conferences are Tuesday, September 19th and Wednesday, September 20th.
- We are excited to meet with you and your children to discuss their learning and to set goals.

Book Fair
- Eastwood PTA is hosting an in-person and online book fair with The Storybook Cupboard.
- Friends, family members, and neighbors can all shop to support Eastwood’s library with 20% of total sales dedicated to acquiring new books.
- The in-person book fair will take place in the gym during SEP Conferences. (Tuesday 3:20-7:00 and Wednesday 3:20-6:30)
- Join the online book fair at www.storycupboard.com from Monday, September 18 to Sunday, September 24. Enter “Eastwood” in the special instructions section.

Boo to the Flu
- Get vaccinated against the flu at Eastwood’s on-site Say Boo to the Flu clinic during SEP Conferences.
- Tuesday, September 19 & Wednesday, September 20 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

School Breakfast and Lunch
- Breakfast and lunch balances are accruing. Check your child’s balance and pay for meals through paypams.com.
- Do you, or someone you know, want to work part-time at Eastwood? Nutrition Services is looking to hire a cafeteria worker to assist 3 hours a day. If you are interested, reach out to Principal Drummond.
Reflections
- The National PTA Reflections Contest is Now Open! This year’s theme is “I am Hopeful Because…”
- Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, October 11th.
