We are excited to begin the 2024-2025 school year together at Eastwood Elementary!
First Day of School
- School begins at 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14th
- Kindergarteners will be released at 12:55 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14th and Thursday, August 15th.
- All other students will be released at 3:20 p.m.
- Students will be lining up outside. Teachers and support staff will be available before school to help your children find their spots to line up.
- For everyone’s safety, please follow the Parking Lot Safety Guidelines. Remember to park in the northwest parking lot.
- Please be patient with us and each other! We are teaching our students expectations and procedures, so it may take us a little longer at first.

Open House
- Join us on Monday, August 12th between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Come meet our wonderful teachers and staff
- Tour the school and walk through the classrooms
- Sign up to volunteer, request “Pick-Up” visor passes, and donate to your child’s class
- Become a member of PTA
- Order school spirit wear
Class Supply Lists
- Supply lists are now available on our website. Click on the “Class Supply Lists” tab or go to https://schools.graniteschools.org/eastwood/class-supply-lists/.
- Remember, all items listed will be used during the regular school day. They may be brought from home on a voluntary basis. Otherwise, they will be furnished by the school.
Community Council
- We are looking for two parents/guardians to serve on our Community Council.
- Declare your candidacy by filling out the form and returning it to our principal by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21st.
