I forgot to add the PTA message to my weekly update. Apologies for the oversight. I know many of you
have probably seen this on our social media sites and via ClassDojo; however, some parents only receive
our emails, so I’m sending this out for them.
PTA Update:
Thank you so much to all the parents and families who attended Back-to-School Night and stopped by
the PTA tables! We were thrilled to welcome 40 new members on Tuesday evening.
Last year, our community rallied together to support and celebrate Eastwood, and we want to keep that
momentum going! We still need more members to help support our school, so please consider joining if
you haven’t already. Remember, joining doesn’t require you to attend meetings or volunteer; it’s simply a
way to stay connected to the Eastwood community!
Events like the Fall Carnival, Reflections, Story Cupboard Book Fair, field trips, Field Day, 5th Grade Fine
Dining, and so many more are made possible because of the PTA. These traditions are part of what makes
Eastwood so special, but we can’t do it without our community’s support!
