PROG GED Completion Program – Session 3

Students ages 16–24 can join the PROG GED Completion Program to get in‑person support from certified teachers. Session 3: February 16 – March 12 Location: PROG Development Center, 2875 Decker Lake Drive, Suite 150, West Valley City. Scan the QR code on the flyer to register.

Student Application Information

To apply for any of our programs,  please complete the Student Online Intake.

To complete your registration, please bring the following documents (if they apply to you):

  • Proof of Utah Residency Examples: Utah ID, Utah Driver’s License, or a bill/mail showing your name and Utah address.
  • Photo ID Any government-issued identification with your photo.
  • Social Security Number.
  • High School Exemption Form Only if your high school class hasn’t graduated yet
  • Refugee Documentation If you’re a refugee, bring proof such as an I-94 or a letter from DWS.
  • DWS Referral Form If you’ve been referred by DWS, please bring the referral form.
