GED Diploma Request Process
Granite Peaks maintains records to verify the successful completion of students that earned their high school credit diploma. If you need verification for the successful completion of a GED, contact Parchment. GED Testing Service has partnered with Parchment to provide digital transcripts and diplomas.

Credit Diploma Request Process
To obtain graduation verification of a student completing a high school credit diploma, the following steps need to be followed.
- Complete the graduation verification form (PDF)
- Obtain a signed release of information form from the student.
- Provide a $10 payment for duplicate Diploma to Granite Peaks.
- Provide a $2 payment for transcripts to Granite Peaks.
- Provide a $5 payment for education verification to Granite Peaks.

- Send a money order or cashiers check along with the verification form and release of information to:

- Email digital copies of the graduation verification form and release of information form to Melodee T Bennett
