We’re excited to welcome new students! You can now apply online to join any of our classes.
🖥️ How It Works
- Fill out and submit the Student Online Intake.
- Within 48 business hours, our friendly office staff will call you to talk about class placement, testing, and next steps.
This form works for all of our classes no need to fill out separate applications!
📌 What to Bring (if it applies to you)
To complete your registration, please bring:
- Proof of Utah Residency Examples: Utah ID, Utah Driver’s License, or a bill/mail showing your name and Utah address.
- Photo ID Any government-issued ID with your photo.
- Social Security Number, Alien ID, or Driving Privilege Card.
- High School Exemption Form Only if your high school class hasn’t graduated yet.
- Refugee Documentation If you’re a refugee, bring proof such as an I-94 or a letter from DWS.
- DWS Referral Form If you’ve been referred by DWS, please bring the referral form.
