Understanding GED Prep and GED Advanced
Student placement is determined by CASAS assessment scores to ensure each student receives the level of instruction and support that best meets their needs.
How Placement Works
All students complete a CASAS assessment during enrollment. Based on assessment results, students are placed into either GED Prep or GED Advanced to ensure they receive the instruction and support that best matches their current skill level.
Our goal is to help every student build skills, make progress, and successfully earn their GED. 🎓📚

- $25 class tuition
📌 What to Bring (if it applies to you)
To complete your registration, please bring:
- Proof of Utah Residency Examples: Utah ID, Utah Driver’s License, or a bill/mail showing your name and Utah address
- Photo ID Any government-issued ID with your photo
- Social Security Number, Alien ID, or Driving Privilege Card
- High School Exemption Form Only if your high school class hasn’t graduated yet
- Refugee Documentation If you’re a refugee, bring proof such as an I-94 or a letter from DWS
- DWS Referral Form If you’ve been referred by DWS, please bring the referral form
