Fill out our Student Online Intake application form. It’s quick and simple!

💵 Cost

• $25 class tuition
• $10 one-time registration fee Good news: You can skip the registration fee if you bring the documents listed below when you register!

📌 What to Bring (if it applies to you)

To complete your registration, please bring:

• Proof of Utah Residency Examples: Utah ID, Utah Driver’s License, or a bill/mail showing your name and Utah address
• Photo ID Any government-issued ID with your photo
• Social Security Number, Alien ID, or Driving Privilege Card
• High School Exemption Form Only if your high school class hasn’t graduated yet
• Refugee Documentation If you’re a refugee, bring proof such as an I-94 or a letter from DWS
• DWS Referral Form If you’ve been referred by DWS, please bring the referral form
