Seniors,
Would you like to be acknowledged for all your hard work? Areas of distinction show prospective employers, colleges and parents that you have achieved a higher level of knowledge or skill in a particular area. Your diploma will denote each area of distinction earned.
Area of Distinction applications are available in the department chairs classroom or a selected teacher. Please fill out the applications and turn them in to the appropriate teacher. The English Area of Distinction will be due on February 10, 2017 and all other Area of Distinction applications will be due on February 16.
To earn a Diploma of Merit students must earn a minimum of a 3.00 GPA and 3.00 CPA. Student must have never failed a class and earn distinction in two or more areas. Diploma of Merit applications will be due on February 24 to the counseling center.
