Summer Information

Summer Hours

  • Monday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Thursday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
The builidng will be closed on June 15th, July 3rd, and July 24th. Registrar's Office - It is suggested that patrons call 385-646-4175 to check availability on other summer dates before coming to the school. Financial Office - Our hours will be 7-1, patrons can call the school number 385-646-4380 and choose option 4 for the financial office.

Summer Programs

Kearns High School offers a Summer Credit Recovery program for students needing to make up failed courses. The cost is $20 per quarter credit and must be paid before starting the class.  Students can show up anytime during the listed hours. Dates:

June 1-11 Mon-Thurs 8-12 in library

 

Each Wednesday following from 10-12: June 17, 24, 8, 15, 22, 29 (None on July 1)

For any questions about Summer Credit Recovery, please contact us at (385) 646-6617. Summer Drivers Ed Drivers Ed is held Monday thru Thursday and it starts June 8 and goes until June 25.  The hours are: first session 8 am to 10:15 am and second session is 10:15 am to 12:30 pm.  Both sessions are full, we are not accepting anymore students.

Summer Meal Program

On weekdays June 8th through July 31st, free lunch meals are provided for all children and teenagers under 18 years of age! Adult meals are $3.50 (please provide exact change). We will be closed for holidays on Monday, June 15th, Friday, July 3rd, and Friday, July 24th. Meals will be served at the back of the parking lot area Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center 11:30-1:00 5624 S 4800 W Kearns, UT 84118 Menu can be found here
