Attention parents and families of Kearns High students. The Mobile Health & Vision Clinics will both be coming to Kearns High School on Tuesday, October 3rd from 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. The vision clinic will be offering free eye exams and glasses to students. There is a nominal fee for adults. The medical clinic will be offering basic health services to students and families. Services include well child and adult exams, sports physicals, diabetes & high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, chronic illness care, and more. To schedule an appointment with the vision clinic, please call Steve at 801-668-5278. To schedule for the health clinic, please call 385-212-4802. Check-in for both clinics will be in the cafeteria.
