Our last phone message/email (4/12/2020-Ms. Loo’s Update) resulted in 67% of phone messages delivered. 33% of the calls were undelivered due to: no phone number, phone number blocked, phone number deactivated, no answer, operator intercept, busy, and invalid phone number. 74% of email messages were delivered. The reasons for the other 26%: no email address, SMTP error, email addressed blocked, and invalid email address.
