Athletes – your coaches will be contacting you with this information. Please plan on being at the school with your gear at the designated time.
April 27- Baseball 9:00 am-12:00 pm (Main Gym & Baseball Field)
April 28- Softball 9:00 am-12:00 pm (Softball Field)
April 28-Soccer 12:00 pm-2:00 pm (Main Gym)
April 29th- Track and Field 9:00 am -12:00 pm (Main Gym)
April 30- Tennis and Golf 9:00 am-12:00 pm (Main Gym)
-Athletes will be divided into groups of 10’s per 45 minute segments. Athletes, do not arrive early. If you do, you must remain in your car.
-Athletes need to park in the west parking lot. Softball can park in the back softball parking.
-Coaches and admin will monitor social distancing during the process (the side walk will be taped for the process) , waiting outside until delivery/pick-up of athletic equipment.
-Two tables will be set up inside the southeast main gym for coaches to collect and place equipment and gear. We will have trash bags available to place clothing into, then coaches need to rewash uniforms and secure.
- Coaches and admin will walk athletes to clean out their PE and athletic lockers. Athletes will then be dismissed to go home.
-Coaches will keep a record of all gear turned in. All gear not turned in will be submitted to the bookkeeper for a fine.
