Due to the soft closure of our schools we were unable to administer the school wide ACT test.
Current 11th grade students in Granite School District will be given vouchers from American College Testing (ACT) to register to take the ACT assessment later this year at no additional cost. You must be currently enrolled as a junior at Kearns High School to qualify. This will be verified before a voucher is sent to you.
The first set of test vouchers are here. If you choose to sign up now you can register to take the ACT on one of two testing dates this summer:
June 13, 2020 – Registration deadline: May 8, 2020
July 18, 2020 – Registration deadline: June 20, 2020
The second set of test vouchers will be sent mid-August, and can be applied to two testing dates in the fall:
September 12, 2020 – Registration deadline TBD
October 24, 2020 – Registration deadline TBD
We will send out a similar form for you to complete to request a voucher for the later dates. If you are unable to test in June or July and want to wait until September or October DO NOT fill out this form right now. There is only one voucher per student and we will not be able to issue you another one if you change your mind.
Please fill out this form completely. After registering on the ACT site, the voucher will be charged even if you fail to take the test. Students are eligible for only one voucher.
Your email from the school will include: A Cover Letter From ACT, Your Voucher, and an ACT Administrative Supplement for Utah.
Please allow us at least a week to process and email the vouchers.
