Parents, if you would like to change your student’s learning platform please fill out the correct form and email it to your student’s grade level administrator.
Please note: A separate form is required for each student.
Returning to in-person learning is a transition for students and teachers. Therefore, changes will only be approved at the Quarter and Mid-term.
***Quarter 4 DEADLINES:
-April 6, 2021 by 3:00 PM to begin Quarter 4 (Q 4 begins April 5)
-May 4, 2021 by 3:00 PM to begin Quarter 4 midterm (Q 4 Midterm begins May 3)
