Chromebook Renewals for the 2022-2023 School Year

May 2, 2022A. DuranSchool News

We are asking all freshman, sophomore, and junior students who are returning to Kearns next year to keep their Chromebooks over the summer and into the next school year.   This will allow you to have access to a device for any summer online courses and credit recovery.  It will guarantee that you receive the Chromebook you have taken care of all year and not have to deal with the checkout process during the first week of school In order to do this you MUST complete this 2022 Parent and Student Home Use Agreement: Kearns High School Chromebook Use. If you choose not to complete this form the Chromebook needs to be returned to the library and checked out again next year. Failure to complete this form OR return the Chromebook will result in a charge for the device. All identifying information on the Chromebook must match what we have on file for the renewal to be successful. Any Chromebooks with damage, missing labels, or the old barcode with a green border are not eligible for renewal. They must be brought into the library for an exchange before the renewal can be processed. Please fill out the renewal form here. Current senior students MUST return Chromebooks by the end of the school day on May 24th in order to be cleared to pick up cap and gowns that afternoon. They will come down during English classes on May 23rd and 24th.
