All Chromebooks that were not renewed or returned at the end of the school year will now be locked. You must complete the process listed below in order to have the device unlocked and ready to use for the new school year. Failure to do so will result in the device cost being placed on your school fines and the device will remain locked. Please take care of it asap!
We are asking all freshman, sophomore, and junior students WHO ARE RETURNING next year to keep their Chromebooks over the summer and into the next school year. In order to do this you MUST complete this 2023 Parent and Student Home Use Agreement: Kearns High School Chromebook Use. If you choose not to complete this form the Chromebook needs to be returned to the library and checked out again next year. Failure to complete this form OR return the Chromebook will result in a charge for the device. All identifying information on the Chromebook must match what we have on file for the renewal to be successful. Please fill out the renewal form here.
Current senior students MUST return Chromebooks by the end of the school day on May 19th (unless still needed for class) in order to be cleared to pick up cap and gowns.
