Schedules are now available to view once a student has completed registration and paid their fees. If you are not able to view your schedule, (whether you have paid your fees or not) the Counseling Center can assist. If there is anything you need to change regarding your schedule, we are happy to help with that from now until August 15th at 2 PM. All schedule changes must be completed by August 15th. Other than for unfilled schedules and classes needed for graduation, no schedule changes can be made after that time. It is important to view your schedule and verify that it is all correct.
After August 15th
If you still have holes in your schedule, you have 2 classes in the same period, need a class level change, need a class for graduation purposes, or other extenuating circumstances, we will try our best to accommodate you.
Counselors’ normal office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:10am – 2:40pm. We will be out on August 10th for a district meeting. If you cannot come in person, feel free to email your counselor with your questions. You can find their email addresses on the Kearns High website.
