Hello Panther Families,
Below you will find the link to fill out the Learning Option Form for second quarter. These forms must be submitted by October 9th. If we do not receive a response for your child/children it will be assumed that they will be attending school face to face for second quarter.
If you are choosing to have your child/children return to face to face learning from distance learning, they will be expected to be at school starting Monday, October 26th. They will need to bring their Chromebook and any other materials that were sent home with them on their first day back.
If you are choosing to have your child/children move to distance learning from face to face, they will be sent home with all their necessary materials on October 19th. If you do not want your child to use a school Chromebook at home, please communicate that with their teacher.
If you are choosing to remain in the same learning option as 1st quarter, you will need to do nothing more than fill out this form. Be sure to fill out a new form for each student.
