Back to School Re-Enrollment Forms
Before the start of the school year, all students must complete the Back-to-School Re-Enrollment forms. The forms will be available beginning July 31 through the district’s student information system, FOCUS. Please sign in and complete the form here: FOCUS
You can follow these step-by-step instructions to complete the process.
Students who have never attended a Granite School District school or have never attended Pleasant Green Elementary should expect to register as a new student.
Registration hours are from 8:30 AM to 2 PM each day the school is open during the summer until June 13th, 2025. Registration will resume on July 22, 2025.
To complete new student registration, we will need a Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency (Utility bill; Water, Power, Gas, Lease, or Mortgage), and proof of immunization or exemption from immunization.
New Student Registration
Students who have never attended a Granite School District school or have never attended Pleasant Green Elementary should expect to register as a new student.

All registrations may require additional documentation for accurate record keeping. You may be asked to provide this documentation at the school’s discretion.
First Day of School
Grades 1–5: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Kindergarten: Monday, August 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM (after Kindergarten testing on August 12 & 13)
