Quarter 3 Learning Requests Letter

Parents of Pleasant Green Elementary students,

As we approach the end of the 2nd quarter of school, it is time to submit your 3rd Quarter Learning Options Form to indicate the learning modality for your student(s). This form must be turned in to the office by December 16th. The 3rd quarter begins on January 19th and ends on March 25th. Please consider your choice carefully, as your child is expected to remain in the chosen learning modality throughout the entire quarter. Depending on the number of face-to-face and distance learning students for 3rd quarter, we anticipate that we may need to make some adjustments with classroom teachers in some grade levels. We need your help in making your choices as a family so that we can have adequate time to make any needed modifications for a smooth start to quarter 3.
