Hello Future Tigers!
We are SO excited to welcome you to our Matheson Junior High course selection for the 2021-2022 school year. This year, we are doing a 100% online course selection process. We are meeting with each 6th grade class over Zoom on either Wednesday or Thursday.
We have created a course selection website with information about all of our courses at Matheson. We would like to invite parents to review the website with their students. Please look through the options for our core classes. Look at all of our elective options, and help students find things that are of interest to them. Take a look at all of our application / tryout / audition courses to see if there is something your student might want to participate in. Here is the link to our website:

If you have a student who is a distance learner, we would invite you to participate in the Zoom session we are doing with your school. Here is a list of when we are meeting with each school. If you need the Zoom information, please email me and I will send you the details.

If you are unable to make your elementary Zoom session, I will be available on Zoom the following days and times. I would love to answer any questions you have about our course selection process.

All students must complete their course selection (on this website’s Google form for 7th grade) by February 4, 2021.
Students will be asked to complete this with their 6th grade teacher at school, unless you would like to complete this online with them. We are excited for students to get to choose the courses that will prepare them for high school and beyond!
