Pre-Registration for 2021-2022 Kindergarten will be February 22nd – February 26th, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. (IF YOU HAVE MISSED OUR AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS, PLEASE CONTACT THE FRONT OFFICE FOR AN ALTERNATE TIME.)
If you have a child that will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2021, please fill out a pre-registration form by going to the following website: https://forms.gle/fzGSFGeTe6wozYr26
Once Complete, please schedule an appointment to come into the office to finalize your student’s registration by going to the following website:https://forms.gle/EjC3Cr2edwf2E1Js9 (ONLINE SCHEDULER NOW CLOSED- CALL FRONT OFFICE FOR ALTERNATE TIME.)
At your appointment you will need to bring the following to complete the
registration:
- Child’s original/valid birth certificate or passport
- Child’s immunization record (see required vaccinations included)
- Address verification- (CURRENT- dated within 30 days Gas, Electric, water, or sewer bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement)
ADDRESS VERIFICATION MUST BE IN PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN NAME - Parent/Guardian Picture ID (legal guardian must be present at registration appointment)
We WILL NOT be able to enroll your child until we have all the required documentation. Please do not schedule an appointment until you are prepared to provide all documentation.
Kindergarten Hours are as follows: AM: 9:05 AM-12:05 PM, PM: 12:45-3:45 PM
