It’s that time again that we need to collect learning request forms for the upcoming 4th and FINAL quarter of the 2020-2021 school year. It is mandatory that this form be filled out every quarter for every student. These forms are due Friday, March 12th. If we do not receive a form for your student it will be assumed that they will participate in face-to-face learning for 4th quarter.
It is vital that we have accurate information and responses to ensure that we are able to plan and accommodate the learning needs of all of our students. Be advised that depending on our learning needs in the coming quarter, class changes are subject to being made.
