April 24, 2026School News

Save the date!

April 30th is our family picnic day. This is a time when parents/ guardians/ favorite grown-ups can join our students for their lunch time. (Please do not bring students from Wasatch or Skyline for this event as it is supposed to be special for our students. Younger siblings are welcome to come though.)

During the family picnic, we will celebrate that we hit our fundraising goal with a presentation from a red-tailed hawk handler and a fly over. This will take place from 12:00-12:30. Then, at 12:45, our top ten fundraising students will get to turn Ms. Anderson and Mrs. Hill into an ice cream sundae.

Reunification drill

This drill will take place on May 6th. I have attached a flyer with more information about what that drill entails. Next week we will get information on which roads surrounding Upland will be closed so that parents can walk up to the school to get their students. (The road closures will not affect Wasatch Jr. High pick-up). Save the date as we will need someone to pick up your student from school early on that day. (If your student rides the bus/ daycare van, they can still take it home and do not need someone to come if no one can make it before 3:45 that day).

Also, the person coming to pick up your student from school needs to be listed on your child’s registration card. If they are not listed, please call our main office to get them added to the list.
