ABSENT DUE TO COVID?
If your student is absent due to COVID please fill out the absence excuse at: https://schools.graniteschools.org/wasatchjr/attendance/
SOUPER BOWL OF CARING
The student body and parents have really knocked it out of the part this year for donations. We have 4 days left to meet our goal. To see the generosity and excitement is such a happy, positive experience in a difficult situation. Thank you for your support and willingness to help others less fortunate than ourselves.
OPEN ENROLLMENT:
The time for Open Enrollment or boundary permits is now open. If you currently have a student in Wasatch, it is not necessary to fill out a form yearly, but if you have a new incoming student 6th-8th grade, you will need to fill out an Open Enrollment form. If your student has an open enrollment permit at Wasatch and is wanting to move to Skyline High, You will need to fill one out at Skyline. Tell your friends and family that the time has come! Please bring a copy of most recent grades, immunizations and birth certificate if coming into 6th grade. We would love to have you and your friends join our fabulous school. Here is the link to the open enrollment form on the District website: https://www.graniteschools.org/bulletin/early-open-enrollment-period-3/
WASATCH TRADING POST:
Thank you for all your donations to the trading post! They are greatly appreciated.
PETER PAN NEEDS HELP:
Parent workday tomorrow, Feb. 5th from 8am-3pm for set building, painting, set decorating, lobby décor, etc. Come in the west door by the band room. This is a “drop in” workday so parents can come when it fits their schedule. Please check your email by 3pm today for more information and a list of supplies to bring if you have them. We really could use sticks and twigs for the hideout. Thank you for coming to help. We really rely on parent volunteers to make this show happen each year and we are so grateful for those that have helped so far and look forward to meeting more of you tomorrow. Set construction work nights happen every Tuesday from 5-7pm so we can complete what doesn’t get accomplished tomorrow. If you need to talk to Ms. Dallimore about any of the committees you are on this year, Tuesday night is a great time, please email her at: nrdallimore@graniteschools.org and let her know you are coming. Thank you!
