If you do not live in West Lake’s boundaries, and you want to go to West Lake next year, YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM! If your little brothers or sisters do not live in the boundary, and want to go to West Lake next year, THEY MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM!

The Early Application Period BEGINS THIS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15! If you want to be considered to be accepted to West Lake STEM, fill out this form.

Even if you are already on an Open Enrollment this year, please fill out the form. We want to ensure that all of the students who want to go to West Lake, will be considered for a spot.

If you are currently in Valley Crest Elementary’s boundaries, it is very possible the boundary will change for next year, and students at Valley Crest will be going to Hunter Jr. High. So, if you want to attend West Lake, you will need to fill out this form, otherwise you may not be accepted to go to West Lake.

Even if there is some chance that you want to go to West Lake, and you change your mind later, please fill out the form. We can always take your name off if you change your mind.
