Students may not attend school without current immunizations. All incoming 7th graders and all 8th graders new to West Lake STEM must provide proof of immunization before attending school.
8th Graders who attended West Lake STEM last year DO NOT need to provide immunization documentation and can proceed to the next page.

There will be an Immunization Clinic for junior high students on the Westbrook campus on Wednesday, August 10th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
