Salt Lake Valley Detention Center, DSI, and Gemstone (formerly Genesis)

Granite School District provides educational services for youth housed in and attending day programs at the Salt Lake Valley Youth Center.

– Gemstone and Day Skills Intervention (DSI)

These combined programs provide services for youth transitioning back into the community.  Students attend classes and earn credits in art, English, math, music, science and social studies.
