Hello Bonneville Families!
Welcome to the start of Quarter 2. Please continue to support your students to be the best students they can be. Establishing a routine is very helpful. Good sleep…limiting devices…and breakfast in the morning are always places to start. Helping to build these skills at home directly impacts our students at school. Thank you for your continued support in these areas. As a reminder for Quarter 2…there is no use or access of electronic devices during classes, in the bathroom, and passing time in the hallways. Students may only use their phones at lunch. I have included the “Cell Phone FAQ” document as a reminder.
ANOTHER REMINDER!!!!!! If you are dropping off or picking up a student SLOW DOWN in the parking lot. There is a crosswalk at the end of the drop off zone. This crosswalk is used by students and faculty to cross the parking lot. Please be aware and courteous to pedestrians and other drivers. There is absolutely no need to race through the parking lot. The safety of our school community should always be the priority of every parent driving near the school.
Please remember our hat policy at Bonneville…hats are allowed! However, hoodies are NOT! Also, face coverings…such as ski masks, costumes, etc. are not allowed. Students may wear medical masks or religious facial coverings. Please help by discussing these expectations with your students.
Friday, October 27th will be picture retake day! Or, if your student did not take their picture in August, they will take it on this day. You are not required to purchase pictures, but every student will have their picture taken.
Save the date for our upcoming Fall Play on Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November 4th at 6:00 PM. Tickets will be available for purchase on November 1st. Please watch for more details.
Next week is our College Week here at Bonneville. Every day our counseling team has designed activities and events to celebrate college awareness. Take the time to connect with your students about opportunities after high school. Here is a schedule of next week’s events:
