Calvin Smith PTA is committed to helping our community. Join us on April 22, 2022 to make our area a better place as we participate in an Earth Day clean-up event. Just like each child is important, so is our planet Earth! Join us as we clean-up the sidewalks leading to Calvin Smith, help us clean-up the playground and surrounding fields, and take time as a family to clean-up your neighborhood. Remember, safety first! Never pick up broken glass, nails, needles, or other sharp objects. Please wear protective gloves and throw trash away in a garbage can. Please work with an adult, stay on the sidewalk, and avoid danger.

Calvin Smith PTA’s Earth Day Clean-up is a service project to honor 125 years of PTA with a PTA Day of Service.

About Us

The PTA theme for 2021-2022 is SOAR TOGETHER. We love our Calvin Smith Skyhawks! The PTA provides a community engagement activity every month, financial support for teachers, and lots of fun for the students. As a PTA, we advocate for every student and child. Our PTA is open to all parents, teachers, grandparents, community members, anyone. Your voice in our school community matters to the PTA.

When you become a member of Calvin Smith Elementary PTA, you support the programs, teachers, and students. We appreciate any support you can give – whether financial, time, or both! We invite all to be join our PTA and share your thoughts. To join Calvin Smith PTA go to our Memberhub store (see below). We also welcome any suggestions, questions or concerns. PTA General Meeting:

All meetings will take place on the last Monday of the month in the gym at 9 AM.

Please check-in at the office with photo ID. Face masks are recommended for all inside the school. Younger children are welcome, we will provide snacks and coloring pages.

Reflections information:

Call for entries! The Reflections theme for 2021-2022 is “I Will Change the World By…” There are a number of different categories and students can enter in every category! For specific and entry details please go to Utah PTA Reflections. Our PTA will provide awards and prizes for school level winners. As well as a prize for EVERY entry. Can’t wait to see what you create!

Memberhub Store:

Calvin Smith PTA memberships, spirit wear and donations can all be purchased online at our new Store. Memberhub charges a small fee on every purchase. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, you can fill out a paper membership envelope and t-shirt order form. These forms are available in the school office.
