2025-2026
- School Plan / Final Report
- Funds received: $438,696.13
- Funds used for: 1. The school will hire two instructional coaches to support improved Tier 1 instruction and student interventions. 2. The school will hire an additional counselor so we can reduce the student to counselor ratio and allow students to have greater access to services. 3. The school will hire a testing coordinator to lead the planning, oversight, and administration of testing to include the PSAT, WIDA, ACT, Aspire+, and AP testing. This position will free up time for both counselors and administrators and allow them to focus on working directly with students. 4. Provide stipends for teacher PLC teams to meet during the summer and outside of contract time to plan and evaluate curriculum and instruction to improve both Tier 1 instruction and student interventions. 5. Purchase Edgenuity software to run the school's credit recovery program, so students have access to recovering deficient credits and graduate. 6. Academic Mentors will work with students who have attendance issues to track their academic progress and attendance improvement. The mentors will work with the school's most egregious non-attenders to help get them back on track in school so they can graduate. 7. Provide money for English class sets of novels (selected from the district's approved novels list) and the school library to purchase books in support of the school's literacy efforts. 8. Some money will be set aside for extra periods. Extra periods allow us to create additional seats in a given period, which allows us to spread students out better throughout classes and helps reduce class sizes. 9. Pay for staff to run summer credit recovery to help kids get caught back up to being on track for graducation.
