Cyprus High School registration/re-enrollment will begin taking place during the week of July 29-Aug. 2. Parents who are registering new students with Granite School District must come in person to see the Registrar at Cyprus prior to enrollment. Once the required forms and documentation is filed with the registrar, parents and students will continue with the GSD online enrollment process. Items needed for registration/enrollment with Granite School District include: 1) Completed Registration Form 2) Birth Certificate 3) Immunization Records 4) Legal Guardian’s ID 5) Proof of Residency (utility bill or lease agreement w/ legal guardian’s name and address listed) *If you are living with a family member/friend, please fill out the “Affirmation of Residence” form. Both you and the homeowner will need to sign the form in front of a notary. Both the completed form and the home owner’s utility bill will be required.*

Once all documents have been prepared, please contact the main office, 385-646-5300, or the Registrar, 385-646-6227, to make an appointment to register your student in person. **Registration with GSD and Cyprus High School must be completed before a student/parent can obtain a FOCUS Parent Portal account and complete the required online enrollment process**
