Third quarter will start January 19, 2020. Parents & students have the option to continue with the same learning choice they used during second quarter or to make a change. We ask that parents fill out the form even if your child is continuing with the same learning choice.
Forms will be submitted electronically (it works on a smart phone, too) and can be accessed at https://forms.gle/iFvJgadj9AtPWP1r5 Please fill out the form for each child and hit Submit. You can then submit another response if you have more than one child. Parents will receive an email copy of their answers at the email address they provide on the form. Paper forms are also available in the office if you prefer to fill out a paper copy instead of submitting it electronically.
Forms are due December 11, but will be accepted by Fox Hills electronically until January 6. If you change your learning decision before January 6, please submit the electronic form again. After January 6, we ask that you continue with your chosen learning option for the full quarter. Third quarter starts January 19, 2021 and ends March 25, 2021.
