We’re so excited to welcome some brand new littles to Fox Hills! Kindergarten registartion runs throughout March. Remember, students must be 5 years old before September 1st to be able to register for Kindergarten. To register, please bring the following:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Vaccination Records (must have 5 DTP/DTap, 4 Polio, 2 MMR, 3 Hep B, 2 Hep A, and 2 Chicken Pox)
- Proof of Address (lease agreement or bill dated within 3 months)
- Parent/Legal Guardian’s Photo ID
When you are here, you’ll fill out a registration card and sign our school policies. We look forward to seeing you!
