Welcome back to a wonderful new year at Fox Hills Elementary! All students, whether new or returning, need to be registered for the coming year by a parent/guardian. If you registered in the spring for Kindergarten, your registration is complete.
RETURNING STUDENTS: Register/re-enroll ONLINE ONLY! Starting Monday 7/29, parents can register/re-enroll thier students online. Call the office for assistance or student numbers. 385-646-4828. Refer to this help page for directions. Online re-enrollment help page

NEW STUDENTS: Visit us to register in person during office hours between 8/5 and 8/9, 8 am to 4 pm. If you have trouble registering online, come into the office 8/5 through 8/9 for help.
New students need to bring:
1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Vaccination Records, including:
* 5 DTP/DTap/DT Diptheria/Pertussis/Tetanus
* 4 IPV/OPV Polio
* 2 MMR Measles, Mumps, Rubella
* 3 Hepatitis B
* 2 Hepatitis A
* 2 Varicella (chickenpox)
3. Proof of Address (dated within 3 months), one of these:
*bill/official mail with your name and address
*Lease agreement
*Mortgage Agreement
*Notarized “Affirmation of Residency” form (available in the office)
4. Parent/Legal Guardian’s Photo ID
