Registration
To register a student to attend Fox Hills, parent/guardian needs to provide:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s immunization record
- Proof of address in the name of parent/guardian (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Guardianship papers, if applicable
