Congratulations!
Our Skyline Council PTA has recognized Upland Terrace with two awards. Congratulations to Jacki Atkinson, who has won the Outstanding Support Staff Award. Congratulations also to Mrs. Larson and Aladdin for winning the Engagement Award. A big thank you to our Upland PTA and the Skyline Council for their support and recognition of our amazing staff!
Kindergarten Registration
Do you or someone you know have a little one who will be ready for school in the fall? To enter kindergarten, a child must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2022. A red registration form was sent home with all students. If you have a child who will be joining us for kindergarten in the fall, please fill out and return the form to the front office. This will allow us to mail an invitation to you for our Kindergarten Open House.
Our Kindergarten Open House will take place on Thursday, March 24 from 2-4pm. The Open House will be a self-directed tour so that parents and students can walk through the building and watch videos to learn more about Upland Terrace. Parents can stop in the office first to fill out their child’s registration (bring your child’s original birth certificate, immunization records and proof of the family’s residence), and also get a special kindergarten folder to take home.
We have plenty of extra registration forms in the office! If you have questions about kindergarten registration, please call our office at: 385-646-5055.
Donation Drive
Many of you will remember our Jog-A-Thon teacher fundraiser that we used to have in years past. This was a fun fundraising event, but for many reasons, it has become difficult to plan and execute. Instead of a Jog-A-Thon this year, we will be doing a Donation Drive. Participation in the Donation Drive is voluntary, and all funds raised are given back to teachers to use for classroom supplies, books and equipment, and field trips. More information about our Donation Drive will be sent in a separate email.
